The Salons of Preston – Big Changes

Old timers in Gunter are familiar with the old farm house on hwy 289. It has been home to families and businesses for decades. Many do not know that this house used to be located next to the car wash…. before the car wash even existed.

Well, today, thanks to Tinna Hood… it is looking great again and adding products and services for the people of Gunter.

The name has changed from “Who Cuts Your Hair” to “The Salons of Preston.”

With talented hair stylist under one roof, Tinna thought the new name was appropriate.

Tinna and Piper have shared the space for a while but recently Beth Hood has been added to the team.

If you need quality work done by professional hair care specialists, there is no need to drive south. Stay in town and walk around a small part of Gunter history… The Salons of Preston.

Tinna Hood has always taken new stylist under her wings and mentors them. She is committed to training up younger women looking to learn the art of styling.
